About me

Hi, I'm Andrea (or Andre if you want), a 18 y/o guy from Italy who loves tech and cute things. I'm in love with tech since I was born, my first PC was a Windows 98/2000 prebuilt and for the years to come I have cultivated a love for operating systems and pretty much everyting tech-related and I'm now a wannabe sysadmin. I also started playing rhythm games, I registered my osu! account on September 2020 and I now play various types of rhythm games including BMS and ITG.

What I'm doing

• Software development: I'm doing web development for a while and currently learning C# and Python. One of my future plans is to study more languages and frameworks like Kotlin and Flutter.
• Learning Japanese: I have started learning Japanese in October 2023 with the intention to consume Japanese media (and maybe travel to Japan?). I'm not fluent by any means but I now have a good comprehension of Kana, some basic Kanji and also know some vocabulary and very few grammar rules.
• Content creation: I don't actually do it often, but I have a few YouTube channels, including one that now has around 100 subscribers. I have used Premiere Pro for some years now but have started to learn some other video editing software (mainly DaVinci Resolve and Kdenlive) to escape from Adobe's huge monopoly and decrease my dependency on Windows.
